Jessica Clayton

Miss Jessica Clayton 

Miss Jessica was a student at Castle Street Dance Studios for 14 years, when she graduated in 2010 she went on to further her dance career and trained at the Centre Performing Arts College in Kent in London with the prestigious Karen King, Cathy Stevens and Ruth Davies, all choreographing and contributing to the growth of the ISTD Syllabus, whilst there Jessica studied Dance and Teacher Training. In Miss Jessica’s career she has performed with the Royal New Zealand Ballet company in their production of ‘Giselle’ playing the role of the Mother. She is a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and teaches our Ballet, Tap and Modern classes in High Wycombe, Penn & Widmer End. Miss Jessica is a licensed Zumba® and TAPfit Instructor, she was among the first 9 teachers in the world to train to teach TAPfit! She is also a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher (AAC1) and passed her teaching exam with 94%. Miss Jessica is DBS Checked, first aid trained and holds a chaperone licence.

paulaMiss Paula Buckland

Miss Paula has been a part of Castle Street Dance Studios for more than 25 years! After training at CSDS studying Ballet, Tap and Modern, she went on to further her career in dance by becoming an Adult Fitness Instructor. Miss Paula has taught Ballet, Tap & Modern for over 10 years and is a licensed Zumba® and TAPfit Instructor; she was among the first 9 teachers in the world to train to teach TAPfit! Miss Paula teaches our Adult Fitness classes in High Wycombe and is also the Schools Manager. Miss Paula is DBS checked, first aid trained and holds a chaperone licence.

 

Laura WilleyMiss Laura Willey

Miss Laura trained at the Northern Ballet School in Manchester where she graduated with a National Diploma in Professional Dance. Laura has her Advanced 1 RAD and ISTD Ballet exams as well as her Advanced 2 Flamenco. She was a Mid and Senior Associate with the Royal Ballet School and has performance experience to include the Kirov Ballet Company and English Youth Ballet. Laura went on to  study The Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies course at The Royal Academy of Dance and is a qualified RAD Ballet Teacher. Miss Laura teaches our Ballet, Tap & Modern classes in Penn & Tyler’s Green. Miss Laura is DBS checked.

Johnny has taught in the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire area for the past 10 years specialising in Street Dance, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.  In 2015, he was the 4th person in the world to gain his Associate qualification with the ISTD in the new syllabus for Street Dance under the training of Samantha Vale, who wrote the syllabus. He has an extensive performing arts background in theatre, film and television as both an actor and dancer. Johnny is also qualified to teach the ID Contempary dance syllabus and ID Street dance syllabus created by Ryan Jenkins. Johnny teaches our Street Dance and Boys only classes in High Wycombe. Johnny is DBS Checked, first aid trained and holds a chaperone licence.

 

yvonneMiss Yvonne Atherton

Miss Yvonne trained professionally at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts for 3 years before pursuing a career in teaching. She is a fully qualified ISTD Ballet, Tap & Modern teacher and is a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She also trained with the Royal Academy of Dance and is a qualified RAD Ballet Teacher. Miss Yvonne teaches our Ballet, Tap and Modern classes in High Wycombe on a Saturday. She is DBS Checked and first aid trained.

 

Miss Inma Miss Inma Vicent-Perez

Miss Inma trained professionally under the direction of Rafael Martí the former director of the Ballet of Euskadi and dancer at the Bolshoi Ballet Moscow, Scala Milan, Rome, Venice and Florence. She was part of the corps ballet of the company Martí created in Valencia and, in 2008, became its Prima Ballerina. Miss Inma has a diploma in classical ballet from the Professional Conservatory of Dance in Valencia. She also has her Diploma in Dance Instruction from the Linda Sweetzer Teaching training college. Miss Inma has dedicated her life to classical Ballet and is a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of dance. Miss Inma is DBS Checked and First Aid Trained.

Miss Emma Jayne started her dance education with Myra Tiffin, who contributed to making up much of the ISTD syllabus, and Graduated at 18. Emma Jayne then went on to train professionally at The Centre of Performing Arts in London with the prestigious Karen King, Cathy Stevens and Jill Knight, all choreographing and contributing to the growth of the ISTD Syllabus. Miss Emma earned her diploma in Musical Theatre alongside gaining her teaching qualifications with the ISTD. Miss Emma went on to perform for 4 years with Princess cruises travelling the globe and stepped up as assistant manager in her last year. Miss Emma is a member of Imperial Society of Teachers of dance and will be teaching our Ballet, Tap & Modern classes on a Tuesday in High Wycombe. She is DBS Checked, first aid trained and holds a chaperone licence.

 

Diane Hiscock

Miss Diane Hiscock

Miss Diane trained at the esteemed Bird College in Kent. During her time at college she gained her teaching qualifications with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. She later went on to study with the Royal Academy of Dance where she completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies. Miss Diane is an RAD Registered Teacher with over 15 years teaching experience and is now a Mentor for the RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies.  Miss Diane is DBS checked and holds a chaperone licence.
